SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Standard Shipping rates apply (depending on location). 

Free Shipping on orders over $100. 

You will receive a shipping email once we have dispatched your order with a tracking number and information on delivery. Delivery times do vary on location. 

Please note that orders are not processed or despatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Orders are delivered using our courier services are therefore bound by their delivery times. 

You can track your item using the tracking number received in your shipping email.  

 

If for some reason your item does not arrive within a reasonable time (allow approximately 7 days from shipping) or if you are unsure of your parcels progress please feel free to contact us and we will track it down for you at info@mybugandbear.com.au

All deliveries must be signed for. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your order, it will be taken by the courier company and a calling card will be left on your doorstep. The courier company may attempt further delivery of the product to you. Our courier providers will return your order to us if you do not arrange to pick it up promptly. If this occurs, we will endeavour to contact you. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your "My Bug and Bear" items.......

If your item is not right we are happy to accept returns up to 15 days of receipt for refund or exchange. So if an item is not what you expected or faulty/damaged it can be returned for an exchange or refund. 

Please note, the shipping cost is payable by the customer. 

 

Please contact us at info@mybugandbear.com.au and make the subject title "RETURN" along with your order number and we go through the steps with you to help you process your return. 

 

To make sure your return can be successfully processed please -

* Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition as received with labels intact. 

* Enclose a copy of your order number with your return

Please remember that there will be slight variations or markings on our timber products. This is due to the nature of timber and the printing of images onto this timber. We think it makes each product unique and special in its own way. 

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund. Please allow time your refund to be processed and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
